Mercurial Hearts of Oak midfielder Salifu Ibrahim keeps writing his name in gold with his stellar performance for the phobians as he won his eighth man of the match award for the season.

The former Techimna Eleven Wonders youngster was the star of the show as Hearts defeated Medeama SC by 2-0 in their Ghana Premier League match day 29 clash on Sunday evening.

Salifu Ibrahim opened the scores for the rainbow club in the 41st minute with a tidy finish before teammate Benjamin Afutu added the second goal with a header in the 58th minute to seal the win.

After the game the impressive midfielder who joined Heart in the second round was adjudged as the best player of the match.

Ibrahim Salifu was taken off in the 84th miunte for Manaf Umar after picking a slight knock.

The 21-year old has scored three goals while providing seven assists in 26 matches.
