National Chairperson of the Convention People's Party, Samia Yaaba Nkrumah has eulogized late investigative journo, Ahmed Hussein-Suale.

Ahmed, a key member of Anas Aremeyaw Anas' Tiger Eye PI team was shot by an unidentified men three times, two in the chest and once in the neck at about 11:00pm Wednesday night in the capital Accra, while driving home.

The former MP, reacting to the unfortunate incident, wished the late undercover journalist well as he journeys home to meet with Allah.

“Rest in Strength and Peace Ahmed Hussein-Suale You have served Ghana and Africa courageously and unselfishly. No one can take that away from you. Ghana must protect fighters against corruption.”, Samia wrote on Facebook.

Meanwhile, the Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) has expressed shock about the assassination of Mr. Hussein-Suale.

The President of the GJA, Mr Roland Affail Monney, said the incident is an attack on all journalists in the country. “The attack is an attack on all Journalists and on journalism in particular,” he said.

He therefore called on the media to rise up in response to the threat on their profession.
