Berekum Chelsea's head coach, Samuel Boadu, is highly impressed with the steady development of the majority of his players and aims for a strong finish with his new club by the end of the ongoing season.

The Bibires redeemed themselves with a notable 2-0 victory over champions Medeama SC at home over the weekend, courtesy of goals from Hubert Gyau and Mizack Afriyie.

Following this win, which put them back on the winning path, the Blues have climbed to fifth position with 41 points after 27 matches.

In an interview, the enterprising tactician acknowledged the improvement he has witnessed in training recently, with players who initially struggled now finding their rhythm under his guidance.

Boadu expressed his satisfaction with the progress, stating, "I’ve seen some development in the team.

The players have developed and are now seen as complete players. This has indeed made me happy. I hope we finish the season at a respectable position."

Looking ahead, Berekum Chelsea will face Legon Cities FC at the Theater of Dreams Park in Dawu in the match-day 28 opener on Friday, April 26.
