A shocking video shows residents scooping fuel from a tanker that has spilled its content.

The residents defied several reports of fuel tanker explosion killing many across the country.

In the video which has gone viral, the incident which reportedly happened in Nigeria saw the residents struggling to collect their share of the fuel.

The incident occurred this morning at Mile 2, Lagos and eyewitnesses said it was a near-tragic incident that led to traffic congestion in the area.
