Ghanaian youngster Kamaldeen Sulemana is happy with side's first victory in the French Ligue 1 this season as they managed a 1-0 victory over Nantes.

But the victory came at a cost as tricky Belgium winger born to Ghanaian parents Jeremy Doku suffered an injury and had to be taken off.

The winger picked up a thigh injury and is now sidelined for months and Kamaldeen has taken to his social media handle to wish his compatriot a speedy recovery with a touch of Twi language in his tweet.

Kamaldeen Sulemana joined Stade Rennes from Danish side FC Nordsjaelland and his side have struggled for a win in their first two matches but managed their first victory last Sunday.

Jeremy Doku will be a huge doubt for Rennes when they face Angers over the weekend in their French Ligue 1 clash.

He could also could miss Belgium's 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers scheduled for early next month
