The Ghana Education Service (GES) has released a statement, clearing air about advertisement circulating on social media regarding an on-going recruitment in the education sector.

The statement, signed by Head of Public Relations Unit of GES - Vincent Ekow Assafuah, described the advertisement as "fake", and warned the general public against it.

The press release also cautioned the public to be wary of fraudsters who may seek to take advantage of unsuspecting Ghanaians for their personal gains.

The GES however assured any further recruitment exercises will be communicated through the officially approved channels.
