English Championship outfit Swansea City are lining up a potential replacement for Ghana ace Jordan Ayew who is set to depart the club this summer.

The Ghanaian international is on the radar of Scottish giants Celtic who are looking to add him to their ranks following his outstanding season at the Liberty Stadium.

Ayew emerged the club’s top scorer in a difficult campaign last season with 11 goals.

The Welsh-club have reportedly rekindled their interest in Wolverhampton Wanderers forward Benfik Afobe as they look to fill in the huge void that will be left in their strike force.

Swansea will have to rival Stoke City for the signature of the 25 year old DR Congo star who will be available for a fee in excess of around  £12 million.
