There were several attempts to steal the corpse of Unruly Grank – Uncle

It has emerged there were several attempts persons to steal the corpse of the the late Emmanuel Aikins aka Unruly Grank, a Cape Coast-based artiste who was stabbed to death

This was revealed to Amansan Krakye by Papa Annan who happens to be the Uncle to the late musician during an exclusive interview with Amansan Krakye monitored by MyNewsGh.com to announce preparations made towards the funeral and burial service of the artiste murdered in cold blood.

Speaking about what prompted the family of the late Unruly Grank to reschedule the venue for the funeral and burial service, Papa Annan revealed that they had to relocate the corpse to about four mortuaries due to attempts by some rasta men to steal the body.

“When Aikins was killed and we sent him to the mortuary, in the night some guys having rasta hair went there to steal the body,” he revealed.

“They went there to steal the dead body but the watchman at the mortuary called me on phone and the next day we went to take the corpse and relocated to another mortuary,” he said.

He added “After we sent his dead body to another mortuary to the same thing happened and I don’t know what they want to do with the dead body of Unruly Grank.

“I just don’t know what they want from the corpse, after you’ve killed him, you want to also steal his dead body from the family for what reason I just don’t understand,” he fumed.

He continued “Finally we relocated the dead body again and I was getting more calls and the mortuary man said we should come for our corpse because the pressure on him by some unknown guys to get the dead body was too much.

“So finally we took him somewhere to another mortuary that nobody knew his whereabout so that’s why we decided to relocate from where we originally planned to do the funeral and burial service,” he ended.
