Ghana Premier League side King Faisal have had so many coaches this season that sometimes I lose count on the number of coaches they have had this season.

The Kumasi based club is battling for their survival with three more matches to end the season but have had as many coaches throughout the season.

Speaking in an interview with Wontumi FM, club owner and president Alhaji Grusah admits that the many changing and chopping of coaches has negatively affected his side.

“I would have wished we stick to one coach. At the start of the season, Commey was in charge but things were not going as expected so we decided to go for an expatriate. When the white coach came, he changed the team, we were playing good football but the win was not coming and we went in for another coach”

“But for Andy Sinason no one sacked him, he personally resigned,” he said.

King Faisal started the season with coach Anthony Commey but he was later sacked and replaced by Serbian trainer Slavisa Bosivic who was later sacked before Andy Sinason briefly took over but left the club and Turkish trainer Kasim Gökyildiz later came in but left after some few matches.

After their 2-0 win over Legon Cities, King Faisal are presently out of the relegation zone but are not out of the woods yet as they need at least four points from their remaining three matches.

King Faisal will play Asante Kotoko on Saturday at the Obuasi Len Clay stadium in their matchday 32 clash.
