This video of Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni spitting in his handkerchief on live TV has gone viral for all the wrong reasons.

The 74 year old president was emotional during his State of the Nation address.

He has been the President of Uganda since 1986.

Museveni was involved in rebellions that toppled Ugandan leaders Idi Amin and Milton Obote.
