The woes of Techiman Eleven Wonders have been deepened as they lost by a lone goal against WAFA at Sogakope.

During the week there was a supporters revolt against the former Liberty Professionals coach Ignatius Osei Fosu as he was chased out of the training grounds.

WAFA lost their last league game against Elmina Sharks and needed some response against the struggling Eleven Wonders and they got all the three points.

The home side dominated the game and struggled to score as the rearguard of the away side stood very firm.

WAFA finally took the lead in the 33rd minute through a sumptuous bicycle kick from Abdul Basit from Lawrence Agyekum's corner kick.

Eleven Wonders were unable to summon any response as they lost by a lone goal and are now stucked deeply in the relegation zone

The win takes WAFA SC to 10th on the league table while Eleven Wonders are lying 16th in the relegation zone.
