Accra Hearts of Oak are not interested in former Ashantigold left back Eric Donkor as they are spoilt for choice in that position.

According the spokesperson of the club, Kwame Opare Addo they have not been in contact with the player much more enter negotiations.

Eric Donkor left Obuasi Ashantigold after the expiration of his contract as both parties could agree terms on a renewal.

The former Kotoko defender is now a free agent and can begin talks with any club interested in his services.

Speaking in an interview with Kumasi based Pure Fm,Opare Addo pointed out that they have two natural left backs in that position while another player can also fill in so they are not in the market for a left back.

"Hearts of Oak have not contacted Eric Donkor for any negotiation."

"We have two natural left-backs in the person of Raddy Avouka and William Denkyi."

"Robert Addo Sowah can also play the left-back. We will go for a left-back when one of these players is out of the club- Opare Addo," he added.
