Customers of Gold Coast fund management say they will prefer to pursue their locked up funds through diplomatic means instead of resorting to the law courts.

According to them government has for so long a time been negligent about the activities of these financial institutions resulting in this mess.

These customers went to court to observe proceedings of the case involving founder of Gold Coast Fund Management, Dr. Papa Kwasi Nduom seeking to restrain the Bank of Ghana from liquidating GN Savings and loans and taking over its assets.

Speaking in an interview with Joy Business, an angry male customer asked government to pay Dr Nduom any monies owed him in order for Peace to be restored.

He warned that If government does not heed to his cry they will resort to demonstrations to let the world and International community know that” injustice to the vulnerable has become the order of the day” he said.

Another aggrieved female customer also accused the government of shielding Dr.Papa Kwasi Nduom that is why their funds are still locked up.
