Embittered President and owner of Division One League side Tema Youth FC, Wilfred Osei Kwaku aka Palmer has sent a stern warning to referee Asare Darko who officiated their match against Nania FC over the weekend.
The referee sent off two Tema Youth players and also showed eight yellow cards to Tema Youth players in a match which finished 0-0.
Wilfred Osei Palmer says that he will show him that there is something in this world as he has threatened their qualification so they will also threaten his refereeing.
Speaking in an interview with Asempa FM on Monday morning, the livid football administrator says that the referee came to do a hatchet job.
"Referee Asare Darko we will show him there is something in this world... its not a threat because he has threatened my qualifications we will threaten his refereeing."
"A time will come he will not get legs to even run on... If he came to the Nania Park with a clean conscience so be it but if he did not come so be it"
"Three teams are competing for qualification and two of the teams were handed Premier League standard referees but for Tema Youth game they appointed a Division One standard referee all from the Eastern Region."
"I'm told the referees are controlled by Linford Asamoah which he uses for his business.
Emmanuel Asare Darko is notorious for machinations and does hatchet jobs in the Division Two."
"I can tell you on authority that they were Premier League referees who were coming to handle my match initially but why did they change it?
Because they wanted to destroy my team before the next game...The referee was coming to deplete the team for my next game."
Tema Youth are in a three way battle for promotion from the Division One League with Liberty Professionals and Kotoku Royals.
