The Minister for Youth and Sports, Isaac Kwame Asiamah says that he and the government have never breached any recommendations of the Dzamefe Commission report white paper.

After Ghana's embarrassing performance at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil a commission of inquiry was set up to look into what exactly brought about the national disgrace that occurred during the World Cup.

Stash of cash had to be enplaned to Brazil because the Black Stars were demanding their appearance fee of $100,000 before honouring a match against Portugla.

Speaking at the meet the press series at the premises of the Information Ministry, the Sports Minister emphasized that he and the government have not breached any recommendations by the the white paper report of the Justice Dzamefe Commission.

"A lot of issues came up but what is legal document.. binding on the government is the white paper that is signed by the President.

"And let me tell you since I came to office I have complied with all the recommendations approved by the white paper"

"We have been asked never to pay the players with cash again and since I came to office we have never paid them with cash all monies go through their bank accounts"

"We were also asked never to pay them in dollars which we do and pay them in cedis equivalent into their bank accounts" he emphasized.
