Goalkeeper of the Black Galaxies, Danlad Ibrahim has urged his team to use every trick in the book to qualify for the next stage of the CHAN qualifier.

Ghana defeated Benin in the first leg of the 2023 CHAN tournament at the Cape Coast Stadium by 3-0.

He says that despite scoring 3-0, Ghana still have a lot to do during the second leg to ensure qualification to the next stage where they will face Nigeria.

Speaking in an interview with Sunyani-based Service Radio, the Kotoko goalie says that they are not complacent because they are leading 3-0 in the first leg.

“Ghana and Benin, who qualifies will meet Nigeria when you play this kind of games, it doesn't necessarily mean you have to win but the most important thing is to qualify, so we have to execute every strategy to qualify,” Danlad Ibrahim indicated.

“Even though we are leading by 3-0, but in football, everything can happen, we are not yet done, we have to work hard in Benin and get the qualification,” the goalkeeper noted.
