Coach of Liberty Professionals, Sellas Tetteh says that they must work very hard in order to escape the drop which is starring them in the face.

The Dansoman based side are currently fighting relegation in the Ghana Premier League as they lie 16th on the league log.

Liberty Professionals held high flying Kumasi Asante Kotoko to a 1-1 drawn game at the Sogakope Park on Sunday in an entertaining game.

Tetteh who has in the past coached Liberty Professionals for two previous stints was called by the club President Dada Felix Ansong to help salvage them from relegation.

Speaking after their 1-1 drawn game Tetteh says he is happy with the performance of his boys and hopes that they will survive.

"We are happy to take the lead which raised the pressure on our opponents. Eventually, when they got the equalizer the game became very interesting. So the 1-1 draw is quite respectable for the two sides”.

“We were expecting to win but we couldn’t but that will also project us to our subsequent matches in the league”.

"We will work very hard because of challenges and difficulties in this game. Then we have to work and prepare very well in our next games and by the Grace of God we can make it”.

Liberty Professionals are yet to lose a match since switching their home grounds to Sogakope in the second round and will next play against Ebusua Dwarfs on matchday 26 in a relegation six pointer.
