The Member of Parliament (MP) for Hemang Lower Denkyira Constituency and Deputy Minister-Designate for Employment and Labour Relations, Lawyer Bright Wireko- Brobby has revealed that his second term in Parliament caught the eye of President Nana Akufo Addo to re-appoint him to serve in his government.

Lawyer Wireko- Brobby applauded his constituents who retained him for giving him another opportunity to serve and urged them to pray for him to successfully go through vetting and be sworn in again to continue his good work.

“I need to go and support my substantive Minister to make sure the Labour front is perpetually calm to make lives of every worker in Ghana decent” he stated.

Lawyer Wireko Brobby gave credit of his re-appointment position to his constituents because “if they had not voted me for the second term MP, I may not have caught the eye of the President”

At a sod-cutting ceremony of 6-unit self-contained transit teachers’ quarters at  Twifo Hemang Senior High Technical School as part of his campaign promises, he noted that the current government would have loved to provide accommodation for all the teachers in the country but noted that it is not easy for which reason MPs have to strive on their own to solve teachers accommodation’s problems.

In view of this, “I was thinking on how to embark on such a project for the two Senior High School in my constituency to ease teachers burden of getting accommodation”.

The Headmistress of the Twifo Hemang Senior High Technical School, Rev Dorcas Annam commended Lawyer Wireko-Brobby for the numerous services he has been rendering for the school.

She said the school will forever grateful for the MP’s construction of self-contained quarters for teachers which is going to ease teachers’ nightmare of getting decent accommodation.
