Nike and Wizkid have collaborated to make Starboy his very own football jersey.

The Nigerian artist unveiled the jersey at Reading festival, and will be the first African artist to have his own jersey with the company after previously starring alongside Alex Iwobi in the Swoosh brands Naija World Cup kit range for then Super Eagles.

The jersey features a Naija-coloured trim, a circular “Super Eagles / Naija / Wizkid” emblem and a “SURULERE” motif – the area of Lagos Wizkid and his family grew up in.

The shirt has already been donned by Gabon and Arsenal forward Pierre Emerick Aubameyang, who stunted in the kit on his Insta.

While there’s no scheduled release date for the “Starboy” shirt as of yet, it’s set to drop on Nike’s Jersey Shop very soon – keep it locked to VERSUS for the latest news on when you can cop the shirt.
