Members of the main opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) have left for the United Kingdom for a 3-day official visist.

The delegation which is led by the party’s General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu-Nketiah is to launch Diasporan Reorganisation Programme the party has began in Ghana.

Mr. Asiedu Nketiah who left Ghana on the evening of Friday, March 16 was accompanied by the other member of the delegation, National Organiser of the party, Mr. Kofi Adams.

The delegation will use the opportunity to educate members in the UK/Ireland branch on the guidelines and approach to diasporan registration and reorganization exercise.

A Deputy General Secretary, Mr. Koku Anyidoho will act in the capacity as Acting General Secretary in the absence of the Hon. Asiedu-Nketiah.

The delegation is expected to return to Accra on Monday, 19th March, 2018.
