Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah has expressed disappointment about his side’s failure to convert the chances that fell their way in Saturday’s stalemate with Cameroon.

The Black Stars and the Indomitable Lions played out an uninspiring 0-0 draw at the Ismailia Stadium.

The four-time champions remain winless after back to back draws at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.

Speaking at his post-match presser, Coach Appiah told reporters he thought Ghana were the better side.

“We did our best and missed a lots of chances. We were closer to winning”

Ghana will need to beat Guinea Bissau on Tuesday to progress to the last 16 of the competition.
