I’ve handed over my office keys, car – NSS boss

Head of the National Service Scheme Dr. Michael Whyte Kpessah has left his post ahead of the President-elect Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo.

In a tweet, the outgone NSS boss revealed that he has handed over his office keys and official car while expressing gratitude to the outgoing president John Dramani Mahama.

The former university lecturer said: “ Just met with the management of the national service scheme. Thanked them for their service to Ghana, handed over office keys and car. Grateful JDM”.

 

 

President Mahama’s term of office ends midnight today, January 6, as Nana Addo assumes the position after an inauguration scheduled for tomorrow Saturday January 7.

The current parliament which was dominated by Mr Mahama’s NDC party will be dissolved tonight  and replaced by the 7th parliament controlled by Akufo-Addo’s NPP.
