Accra Hearts of Oak have formally expressed interest in signing Frank Duku, captain and talismanic forward of Vision FC, following his impressive performances in the recently concluded season.

Duku, who has been the heartbeat of Vision FC’s attack, caught national attention with a dramatic late brace against Asante Kotoko at the Tema Newtown Stadium, a performance that is believed to have solidified Hearts’ desire to bring him on board.

According to sources close to both clubs, preliminary talks are already underway, as Hearts of Oak aim to bolster their attacking options ahead of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League campaign.

While a formal offer has yet to be tabled, personal terms are not expected to be a stumbling block, with Duku reportedly open to the move and excited by the prospect of donning the famous Phobian jersey.

If a deal is reached, Duku would become a key piece in Hearts’ squad rebuild as they aim to re-establish themselves among the elite in Ghanaian football.
