Popular radio and TV host, Afia Pokuaa has finally resigned from Adom FM, a subsidiary of Multimedia Group Ltd after a 17-year-long stay.

Afia, who was s senior news editor after parting ways with Adom FM has immediately joined United Television (UTV), owned by business mogul, Osei Kwame Despite.

Vim Lady, as she is affectionately called, served as the lead anchor of Adom FM's midday news dubbed 'Kasiebo is Tasty'. She also for many years, hosted the station's current affairs show, 'Burning Issues' aired on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8pm to 10pm.

Sister Afia is now the new host of ‘Mmra No Se Sen’ on UTV, a legal education program formerly hosted by ace broadcaster, Lawyer Tweneboa Kodua (TK).

UTV confirming the news to the rest of the world on its Twitter handle wrote: "It’s official, Afia Pokuaa, popularly known as Vim Lady is the new face of your most educative show, ‘Mmara No Se Sen’ on UTV. Tune in and let’s get interactive now with your questions and comments".
