Adom TV's Akwasi Nsiah says he is unenthused about some 'offensive remarks' made against him on live TV by his colleague Omanhene Kwabena Asante.
As a result of the 'unwarranted comments', the popular broadcaster says he is filing a defamation suit against the Badwam host.
Akwasi Nsiah said in a sarcastic post on his Facebook page that Omanhene had disparaged him by calling him a "short man".
He said that following a number of consultations and analyses of the material, he had given the go-ahead for a lawsuit to be brought against his own colleague.
Akwasi claims that he is suing his coworker for damages totaling 110 million Ghana cedis (GHS110m).
"My attention has been drawn to this video of Omanhene Kwabena Asante where on his Badwam show on Adom tv described me AKWASI NSIAH as a short man.
"Upon series of engagement and after analysing the content, I have instructed my lawyers to sue him with immediate effect.
"One of the pleas I am seeking from the court is for damage cost of 110 million cedis.
See you in court soon," his sarcastic post read.
