MP for Nsawam-Adoagyiri and Majority Chief Whip, Hon. Frank Annoh-Dompreh, has donated 10 pieces of Pulse Oximeters gadgets to the Nsawam Government Hospital.

The machines which cost an amount of $20,000 can be used in checking heartbeat, breathing rate, temperature, blood pressure, and the level of oxygen within the blood.

Speaking at the presentation, the MP said this will allow the hospital to monitor critical and vital signs of the body.

He said the gadgets could help to measure oxygen saturation in critical cases especially in this time of covid-19.

Hon. Annoh-Dompreh said he was committed and dedicated to providing quality health services to the constituents.

“During the Covid-19 period I came here to visit them and I saw how they are suffering. So this is to help them and this is first of its kind in the Eastern region.”

He applauded the staff of the hospital for taking good care of some numerous donations he has made to them.

He went on to appeal to individuals and stakeholders to turn their support to the Nsawam Government Hospital.

Dr. Kwabena Awuku, the Medical Superintendent of the Hospital thanked the MP for his timely intervention to aid them in their work.
