German-born Ghanaian attacker Ansgar Knauff showcased an impressive performance as Eintracht Frankfurt dominated Vfl Bochum in a high-scoring 7-2 victory in the German Bundesliga on Saturday.

Knauff played the full match, contributing significantly to his team's resounding win at the Deutsche Bank Park.

The action began early with Hugo Ekitike, the France international, scoring just nine minutes into the match, thanks to a well-timed assist from in-form Egyptian star Omar Marmoush.

Frankfurt quickly established control, and by the 18th minute, Marmoush extended the lead with a stunning direct free-kick.

Frankfurt's offensive onslaught continued as Knauff found the back of the net in the 20th minute, followed by a goal from Nathaniel Brown in the 32nd minute, solidifying their dominance.

Although Bochum managed to respond with goals from Dani de Wit and Philipp Hofmann in the 35th and 51st minutes respectively, it was not enough to stem the tide.

The second half saw Frankfurt continue their scoring spree with additional goals from Mahmoud Dahoud, Can Uzun, and Ekitike, sealing the emphatic victory.

This win underscores Knauff's impact as he has now made seven appearances in the Bundesliga this season, netting two goals along the way.
