Asamoah Gyan was frustrated by the poor weather conditions in Dubai following Ghana’s goalless draw against South Africa in their final pre-AFCON warm up on Saturday.

The friendly which forms part of a pre-tournament arrangement ended goalless despite a very exciting and entertaining display by both sides.

Gyan’s late header could have handed Ghana a win here but was denied by the post.
“We have been working so hard for the past 10 days. The weather is also not helping but we still fighting, we pushing harder and harder.

The tournament is a different ball altogether but we happy there is no injury in camp. We go in there with all the players ready for the tournament,” Gyan told reporters in his  post-match interview.

Kwesi Appiah’s men will continue their training camp in Dubai for five more days before enplaning to Egypt on Thursday, June 20, 2019, ahead of to the start of the continental flagship tournament.

Ghana are in Group F alongside Cameroon, Benin and Guinea-Bissau.
