The NDC parliamentary candidate for Asante Akim North Constituency, Chief Kofi Asamoah, has successfully ended his tour in the constituency.
The 3-day tour was to thank the electorate for contributing to his victory in the primaries and also to interact with them about some of the pressing challenges in the constituency.
The tour in its entirety brought about some level of joy, deep feelings of ecstasy, and enthusiasm among the people.
Some of the places he toured were Juansah, Domeabra,Pekyerekye,Serebourso,Nhyieaso,Dukusen,Agogo Zongo,Agogo Gyidim,Akutuase, Waponso,Adinkra,Magyeda, Ananekrom, Bantuokrom,Kwadwamena,Amantenaman,Adiambra, Afirisere, and others.
In his interactions with the people,he assured the electorate of how committed he was to making the party attractive. He again advocated for peace, unity, and love in every committed member of the NDC party.
It was all joy for the flood victims of Afirisere when they received a lot of relief items from the Parliamentary Candidate for the NDC in Asante Akim North, Hon. Chief Kofi Asamoah, worth thousands of cedis for flood victims of Afirisere in the Asante Akim constituency.
The donation was made in response to the appeal for the affected flood victims after the Volta River Authority (VRA) controlled spillage from the Akosombo dam due to a consistent rise in the inflow and water level of the Akosombo reservoir, and some communities were submerged due to the spillage.
Receiving the items, the constituency chairman expressed gratitude on behalf of the party members to Chief Kofi Asamoah for the gesture and said the items would go a long way in helping the affected people recover from the floods.
Ending his tour,Chief Kofi Asamoah reminded the constituents of how the party is rallying for victory in the 2024 general elections and the need for all to come on board.
