The club’s new structure, announced on its official platforms, sees former player and coach Kwesi Appiah take charge as the Head of Sporting Affairs.

Club legend Malik Jabir has been appointed Technical Director, a role that will see him shape the club's football philosophy and offer strategic guidance to improve technical performance at all levels.
His expertise is expected to be crucial in advancing Kotoko’s development plans.
Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum remains in his role as Head Coach, continuing to lead the senior team in pursuit of success in the Ghana Premier League and other competitions.
Under the new structure, specialized roles such as scouts, video analysts, and youth team coaches will be introduced, emphasizing data-driven strategies and talent development.
