Abu Dhabi: Bahrain, Islamic Republic of Iran and Palestine are the latest teams to arrive for the AFC Asian Cup UAE 2019, with all three teams touching down on Wednesday.



Bahrain, who are in Group A, will face hosts the United Arab Emirates in the tournament opener on Saturday.

They will also play Thailand and India.



Iran, seeking a fourth AFC Asian Cup title, will play in Group D with Yemen, Vietnam and Iraq.

They open their campaign against Yemen on Monday.

Palestine are in Group B with holders Australia, Syria and Jordan, where they will be making their second appearance in the competition.

Noureddine Ould Ali's side will be looking to impress after exiting the group stage in 2015.
