New Kayserispor signing Bilal Başaçıkoğlu says he is looking forward to establishing a deadly partnership with Black Stars skipper Asamoah Gyan next season.

The 23 year old winger joined the Turkish outfit from Dutch-side Feyenoord in the ongoing transfer window.

The former SC Heerenveen attacker is hopeful a solid campaign alongside Gyan can help him gain a re-call to the Turkish national team.

"I did not get much chance to form in Feyenoord in the first 11. Sometimes I was in the team and sometimes I was not playing this season and I showed it to myself that I wanted to call the national team .. I called the national team in the period of Fatih Terim .. I was not called in the period of coach Mircea Lucescu. I do not know it well but hopefully we will meet soon.We will do a good job in Kayserispor to find a chance to form in the national team”

Meanwhile Gyan has set his sights on returning to his best next season after failing to leave his mark due to injuries in 2017/2018 campaign in Turkey.

The team currently continues preparations for the 2nd stage camp at the High Altitude Camp Center in Palandöken Mountain.
