Basake Holy Stars continued their strong start to the season with a 1-0 victory over FC Samartex at CAM Park on Sunday, November 24, 2024.
The debutants took the lead in the first half and held firm throughout the match to clinch their second consecutive home win.
The triumph saw Abdulai Gazale’s side rise to 10th place in the Ghana Premier League standings, accumulating 15 points.
Meanwhile, FC Samartex, the defending champions, suffered their second consecutive loss and dropped to 8th place with 17 points, 6 points behind league leaders Bibiani Gold Stars.
