The Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA) has officially endorsed the BHIM Festival, hosted by BHIM Music Group Limited, as one of the flagship events for this year’s “December in GH” celebrations.

The festival is set to take place on December 24, 2025, at the Accra Sports Stadium, bringing together leading Ghanaian and international artistes for a night of music, culture, and unity. The venue has been confirmed and will be handed over to BHIM Music Group on December 23 for final setup ahead of the main concert.

According to Maame Efua Houadjeto, Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Tourism Authority, the collaboration underscores the Authority’s mission to strengthen the creative arts and entertainment industries as key drivers of tourism growth.

“This support reflects our dedication to amplifying the creative arts as a major pillar of tourism growth,” she said. “The December in GH initiative continues to create opportunities that unite Ghanaians and attract visitors to experience our culture, music, and hospitality.”

The GTA noted that major events like the BHIM Festival play a crucial role in positioning Ghana as Africa’s leading destination for festive and cultural experiences. The Authority reaffirmed its commitment to working with stakeholders across the tourism and creative sectors to deliver memorable experiences under the December in GH brand, which draws thousands of local and international visitors each year.

Founded by award-winning reggae and dancehall artist Stonebwoy, the BHIM Festival has evolved into one of Ghana’s most anticipated music events, celebrating African creativity, unity, and global influence.
