The Black Stars have dropped by one place from the latest Fifa Coca Cola rankings released Thursday.

Ghana has dropped from the top 50 after moving a place down in the latest rankings. In the July rankings Ghana was on the 50th place but have dropped one place in the August rankings.

Their accumulated points total remains unchanged with the drop attributed to the lack of action by the Black Stars during the last International Fifa date for friendlies since the teams lethargic showing at the African Cup of Nations tourney in Egypt.

On the continental rankings, the Black Stars are still clinging onto the seventh spot.

Ghana is above Cameroon (53), Congo DR (55) and Cote d'Ivoire (56) in the top 10.

Senegal (20), Tunisia (29), Nigeria (34), African champions Algeria (38), Morocco (39) and Egypt (49) make the top six countries on the continent.

On the world stage Belgium still lead the pack with France dislodging Brazil from the second spot.  England, Portugal, Uruguay, Spain, Colombia, Croatia and Argentina complete the top 10 from 4th in that order.
