Communication team member of the opposition NDC has stated that the blame for the police officer’s assault in the banking hall of Midland Savings and Loans bank should be laid at the feet of the president of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo.
Ghanaians are still deliberating on the viral video of a police officer, Fredrick Amanor assaulting Madam Patience Sarfo after she went to the Midland Savings and Loans to retrieve her own money deposited there.
Following the outcry, the police officer has been arrested and the donations have been pouring in for the victim, Madam Sarfo.
Reacting to the viral video on UTV, Sammy Gyamfi condemn the action of the police officer, he also called on the police to ensure he is sacked from the service. He also called on them to prosecute and jail the officer to serve as a warning.
Touching on the state of security in the country, Sammy Gyamfi revealed since President Akufo-Addo became president, there has been general break down of law and order.
