General Secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), John Boadu has challenged former President John Dramani Mahama and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to provide substantial evidence proving they have been short-changed in this year's elections.

The NDC 2020 Presidential candidate, John Mahama has refused to accept his defeat as he claims the election results are flawed.

Addressing a press conference Thursday night, he accused the Electoral Commission (EC) of manipulating the election results.

"We will not accept anything short of a declaration of the legitimate results which points to an NDC Parliamentary majority," he said.

But John Boadu has called the bluff of Mr. Mahama.

Speaking on Peace FM's ''Kokrokoo'', the NPP General Secretary dismissed the reports of election fraud and dared the opposition to show Ghanaians their tabulation of facts and figures.

"Some of their members are so angry that, in these modern times, why have you made us look like a laughing stock amongst our colleagues. If, in the modern times, you don't have anything to make sure that even if you're challenging, you're challenging with facts . . . It is the teeming supporters that you're disappointing. This is just to save face," he emphasized.
