Kumasi Asante Kotoko is struggling to match results off the pitch with the club's blistering commercialization and branding.

After two match games, the porcupine warriors after all the recruitment is still struggling for form as they have drawn their two games against Techiman Eleven Wonders and Berkum Chelsea.

Pressure is gradually mounting on coach Maxwell Konadu as people feel he is too comfortable in his job at the club and is not doing enough with all the resources available to him.

After the club's latest 1-1 drawn game against Berekum Chelsea, the coach partly blamed referee Daniel Laryea for awarding what he felt was a cheap free kick which resulted in Emmanuel Clottey's equalizer.

Speaking in an interview with Atinka FM in an interview on Monday, National Physical Instructor of Referees Association of Ghana, retired referee RTK Attifu  has taken a swipe at the Kotoko coach to work on his tactics instead of blaming referees for his team's mishap.

In an interview with Atinka FM on Monday, the retired referee questioned, “You have ninety minutes to play plus additional time and the referee took  numerous decision which you don’t have a problem with but one decision that went against you is what you want to talk about?.

RTK Attifu continued, “If that decision was in favour of Kotoko would he say the decision was wrong? I mean sometimes we want to blame, look at your tactics, is your tactics good in anyway through the whole ninety minutes? Were you top on your tactics? Were you advancing the way you should?

“Your tactical play how many percentage will you give yourself against your opponent. Your comment is not comment that should be insight the referee because in disrespecting the referee is disrespecting the game. Football is govern by law.”

Kotoko is win-less after two games in the Ghana Premier League.
