Head coach Stephen Frimpong Manso is overwhelmed with emotion after guiding Bibiani GoldStars to their first-ever Ghana Premier League title on Sunday, June 8, 2025.

The Western North-based club crowned a dream campaign with a commanding 4-0 win over relegated Accra Lions FC at a packed Dun's Park, finishing the season on 63 points—clear of Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak.

Frimpong Manso, who joined GoldStars mid-season from relegated Tano Bofoakwa, masterminded a stunning transformation following the passing of former coach Michael Osei. Under his leadership, GoldStars quickly found their rhythm and turned into title contenders.

"You can see everybody is very happy. The whole town is happy and so I am overwhelmed. For me, the joy of the town makes me so happy," Manso said after the final whistle, visibly moved by the celebrations.

That joy was echoed across Bibiani, where residents poured into the streets to celebrate an achievement that has united and uplifted the entire community.

With the title, GoldStars have not only etched their name into Ghanaian football history but also secured a place in the 2025–26 CAF Champions League, marking their debut on the continental stage.

This championship is more than a trophy—it symbolizes the power of belief, perseverance, and unity. For Bibiani and coach Frimpong Manso, it's a moment that will never be forgotten.
