Daniel Adu-Adjei, the 18-year-old forward with Ghanaian roots, has been crowned as the Player of the Year for AFC Bournemouth Academy following an outstanding season with the U18's.

Having joined the Cherries from Fulham in 2021, Adu-Adjei has left an indelible mark, netting an impressive 26 goals for Bournemouth in the youth leagues throughout the campaign.

The gifted forward, who inked his maiden professional contract last year, has been eagerly anticipating his senior debut for the club, showcasing remarkable potential and dedication along the way.

Despite his English upbringing, Adu-Adjei retains eligibility to represent Ghana at the senior level, having not yet made an appearance for any of the European nation's youth teams.
