English-born Ghanaian striker Daniel Agyei was instrumental in Leyton Orient’s 3-0 victory over Blackpool in their League One clash at the Gaughan Group Stadium, contributing two assists to secure a dominant win.

Agyei set up Sonny Perkins for the opening goal in the 34th minute, delivering a pinpoint cross that Perkins finished into the bottom right corner.

In the 72nd minute, Agyei’s quick break down the field allowed him to feed Charlie Kelman, who unleashed a powerful right-footed strike into the top corner, doubling Leyton Orient’s lead.

Four minutes later, Tom James sealed the win with a low shot to complete the emphatic 3-0 scoreline.

Despite Blackpool enjoying more possession, Leyton Orient’s clinical finishing made the difference, with Agyei playing a key role in the build-up to all three goals.

The striker now has three assists in 14 appearances this season, demonstrating his growing influence in the team.

This victory boosts Leyton Orient's position in the league as they look ahead to their upcoming EFL Trophy match against Milton Keynes Dons on November 12.
