American President, Donald Trump has reportedly invited popular socialite/reality TV star, Kim Kardashian to the White House to discuss prison reform.

The mother-of-three has been campaigning for the release of a 62-year-old grandmother Alice Marie Johnson, who was jailed 21 years ago.

Kim’s campaign to grant clemency to Alice Marie Johnson gained so much momentum that she managed to convince Jared Kushner, Ivanka Trump’s husband and senior adviser to the president, to invite her over to discuss it, Vanity Fair reports.

Johnson was jailed for a first time, nonviolent drug offence in 1997, and is still serving a life sentence without parole at Aliceville Correctional Facility, in Alabama.

Unless she's granted clemency, Johnson will die in prison and Kim is fighting to make sure this doesn't happen.
