Ghanaian rapper, Kwesi Arthur has offered wise words to young men particularly those in the music industry to shun women who like chasing social media clout.
His advice comes amidst his fresh banter with socialite and former close pal, Efia Odo who he accused of “using his name for social media clout.”
In a series of tweet on Friday, August 9, Kwesi Arthur implored young men to make wise decisions and not allow their sexual pleasures to override their thinking.
“Young men coming up in the industry or just in general please don’t think with your dick and disassociate yourself from any women who would use what you work so hard to build for yourself and family for social media clout,” he tweeted.
The rapper was infuriated and fumed on X in a series of tweet after Efia Odo passed some comment on her past friendship with the musician during a podcast on Wednesday, August 7.
During the ‘Rants, Bants and Confessions’ podcast on August 7, Efia said: “Yes, I was once supporting him but you know Kwesi did some hurtful things to me. I don’t want to say it here because I respect him as a person. If I was to say the things he did to me, it would really dirty his image. When everything ended, I stopped the support because why will I keep supporting someone who has f*cked me over?”
She continued: “it’s so funny that when he and I stopped being friends, and he left his label, Ground Up, that’s when his career dwindled and they gave me this tag as a bad luck.”
Kwesi Arthur in replying to Efia Odo expressed his displeasure over her comment and threatened to take legal action.
