Police have cordoned off a large area of the Belgian capital near the British Embassy, as the Brussels fire service reported receiving a phone call saying that a bomb was going to explode.
According to media reports, police, firefighters, and medics are currently at the scene; however, it remains unclear if the embassy has been evacuated following the bomb threat. At least 40 people were evacuated from a building as a precaution near to European Union headquarters, media reported.
