Dreams FC head coach Abdul Karim Zito has voiced concerns over his team's inability to find the back of the net in the ongoing Ghana Premier League.

Despite their impressive run in the CAF Confederation Cup last season, the Still Believe lads have struggled domestically, failing to secure a win in seven league matches so far.

With four draws and three losses, Dreams FC currently sit in the relegation zone, raising alarm for the former Ghana FA Cup champions.

Their latest result was a 0-0 draw against Hearts of Oak at the Tuba Astro Turf, further highlighting their scoring woes.

Zito acknowledged the issue after the match, pointing out that while his players have been performing well overall, their inability to convert chances has been their undoing.

"Our performance in the league doesn’t reflect our position. My boys are playing well, but putting the ball in the net is our biggest problem," Zito remarked after the goalless draw.

Dreams FC, who reached the semifinals of the 2023/24 CAF Confederation Cup, are set to face Young Apostles in Wenchi on matchday 8.

Both teams will be eager to claim maximum points after stalemates in their previous fixtures.

With just 7 points from their first 7 matches, Dreams FC finds themselves 17th on the league table, and Zito is determined to resolve the team's attacking struggles as they aim to climb out of the relegation zone.
