Head Coach of Dream FC Abdul Karim Zito is delighted with his team’s performance after coming back from a goal down against Accra Hearts of Oak to win 2-1 in the final of the GHALCA G8 tournament on Sunday.

Daniel Kordie opened the scoring for Hearts of Oak before goals from Razak Cromwell and a penalty from skipper Leonard Owusu ensured that the ‘still believe’ emerged Champions of the off-season warm up competition.

A joyful looking Coach Zito praised his team’s effort in his post match reflection and thanked the fans for their support throughout the tournament.

“My boys did very very well. We passed through the ‘group of death’, a group that had the two champions of Ghana (Aduana Stars and Kotoko) to this stage.

The only secret is hard work and God’s grace. We thank everybody who supported us through this journey”
