Dreams FC has bolstered its squad for the upcoming season with the acquisition of defensive midfielder Kelvin Ahiable from Home Stars FC.

This strategic move is aimed at improving their performance following a challenging previous season in which they narrowly avoided relegation.

The club confirmed the signing through their official X account, announcing that Ahiable has committed to a long-term contract, keeping him at Dreams FC until 2028.

Ahiable, known for his reliable and solid presence in midfield, made 25 appearances for Home Stars FC in the Division One ZONE 3 league.

“We are delighted to announce the signing of Kelvin Ahiable from Home Stars FC. The defensive midfielder has agreed to a deal that will run until 2028,” the statement from Dreams FC read.

With the Ghanaian registration window set to close on Sunday, August 25, reports indicate that Dreams FC may still be active in the transfer market, with potential plans to acquire additional players to further strengthen their squad.

Following a notable run to the semi-finals of the CAF Confederation Cup, Dreams FC is keen to build on their recent successes.

The club aims to enhance their performance in the Ghana Premier League and the FA Cup as they look to establish themselves as a formidable force in Ghanaian football.
