Jeremie Frimpong scored for Celtic in only his second start in their  Scottish Premiership match on Sunday.

Celtic inflicted a heavy 4 nil defeat on Aberdeen at the Pittodrie Stadium in a one sided fixture.

It was a first half blitz for Celtic as within the first 45 minutes they had scored all four goals to comatose the home side Aberdeen.

The Dutch-born Ghanaian scored Celtic's second goal after Odsonne Edouard had opened the scores for the away side in the 10th minute.

Five minutes later scorer of the first goal Odsonne Edouard turned provider as he assisted the young 18 year old Frimpong score his first goal for the bhoys with a somewhat scrappy finish.

Further goals from Kames Forrestand Mohamed Elyounoussi made it 4-0 even  before they headed for the half time break making the second stanza a stroll in the park for the Hoops.

The impressive youngster who was born in Holland to Ghanaian parents is yet to represent any of their senior side and is eligible to play for Ghana or Holland

He joined the bhoys from Premier league side Man city in the summer transfer window.
