The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament-elect (MP) for Tema West, Carlos Kingsley Ahenkorah bolted with ballot papers after the counting of ballot papers for former speaker of Parliament Prof. Aron Mike Ocquaye.

Carlos Ahenkorah who is believed to be the counting agent for Prof. Mike Ocquaye after the counting for his candidate snatched the ballot papers from the clerk of parliament and took to his heels on the floor of the house.

He was accosted by Members of the opposition National Democratic Congress who got hold of him and assaulted him before taking the ballot papers from him.
