Residents in the Ashanti Region can now have the first time view of new product launches of electronic gadgets from brands like Samsung, Nasco and Midea.

That’s because leading electronic gadgets and appliances distributor Electroland Ghana Limited has opened a Samsung Premium Show room at Kaase.

The Premium show room was opened with a colourful ceremony attended by the representative of the Kaasehene Nana Osei Bonsu, a rep of the Chief Executive officer of the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly as well as opinion leaders and customers and staff of Electroland Ghana.

Aside its  Kaase and Santase showrooms, this will be the third and biggest of Electroland outlets in the Ashanti regional capital fitted with the space and facilities to host a wide range of electronic gadgets and home appliances.

The display floor is expected to be a one stop shop for a range of electronic gadgets and home appliances including mobile phones, television sets; fridges; air conditioners; gas stoves; washing machines and other related home appliances.

Cutting the ribbon for the opening, the Kontihene of Kaase Nana Kwame Owusu Ansah lauded the efforts of Electrroland for creating job opportunities but urged expatriates to treat Ghanaian workers with dignity.

He advised, “As traditional authorities of this land; we are happy this company has been set up here because youth who would have been engaging in vices will be employed here. We will however ask that the expatriate managers treat the Ghanaian workers with dignity so we don’t get the same complaints of inhumane treatements meted out to our relatives.”

Sales manager of EGL Vincent Azambi noted that the investment in the premium showroom is a reward to its loyal customer base in the Ashanti region.

“It is befitting to have this beautiful edifice to underline our status as the market leaders in home appliances and electronics. Investing in this edifice is also a tribute to all our cherished and loyal customers who have contributed immensely to our growth and continued success,” he stated.

Ashanti regional manager of Electroland Ghana Limited, Hadi Nadji assured that staff will be largely sourced from the local communities to boost the local economy of the Asokwa Municipality.

He outlined, “In terms of job creation in Kumasi, this premium show room is employing sales representatives and home appliances technicians. In the warehouse, we are employing porters, warehouse managers and staff.”

The company also launched a Christmas Sales Promotion dabbed the triple treat on all its three brands with a float through principal streets of Kumasi.”

Marketing manager of Electroland Ghana Limited Adiza Ibrahim told Ultimate News’ Ivan Heathcote – Fumador, “We are launching our triple treat promo which seeks to give you whopping discounts on all the three brands Samsung, Media and Nasco.:

“We have best brands; best services and best offers at discounted prices and anyone who walks into any of our showrooms will come out smiling,” SHE ADDED.

Electroland Ghana has etched its name as the Brand owners of Midea and Nasco products and the biggest distributors of Samsung electronic gadgets in Ghana.

The large Ultra Modern show room at Kaase is not only expected to host electronic appliances but will also be a centre for launching new and innovative products from EGL brands.
